NetSuite On-Site Functional Consultant – UAT Support

Professional Summary

OSI Digital is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to provide hands-on support to end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to facilitate testing, resolve configuration and workflow issues, document gaps, coordinate fixes with technical teams, and support end-user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on support to business users during UAT.
• Guide users through defined test scenarios and core NetSuite business processes.
• Address functional inquiries and demonstrate proper system utilization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to system configuration, workflows, data integrity, or operational usage.
• Document software defects, process gaps, enhancement requests, and testing blockers.
• Partner with functional and technical teams to drive issue resolution.
• Retest fixes with end users to validate successful problem resolution.
• Assist users with daily transactions, workflow execution, test data validation, and expected output verification.
• Track and report UAT progress, blockers, and open defects.
• Deliver informal knowledge transfer, end-user coaching, and training support.
• Support go-live execution and troubleshoot immediate post-go-live production issues.

Technical Requirements (Must-have)

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
• Demonstrated background in UAT support, go-live execution, and production support.
• Strong expertise troubleshooting NetSuite functional, process, and workflow issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with extensive experience working directly with business users.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Ability to work on-site in Juarez, Mexico during UAT and go-live phases.
• Client references demonstrating success in past NetSuite production support engagements.

Desired Skills (Nice-to-have)

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite modules within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific business processes and supply chain workflows.
• Track record of supporting end-to-end ERP implementations from UAT to post-go-live care.
