Oracle Cloud HCM FDI System Administrator / Senior HRIS Analyst
Professional Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) expert to serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and functional/technical resource. The ideal candidate will bring deep, direct system administration and configuration experience to optimize our existing Oracle Cloud HCM investment, reduce reliance on external consultants, and drive continuous system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional and technical administration, optimization, and strategic support of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Build and customize dashboards, visualizations, and reporting models using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Create custom calculations and formulas (e.g., turnover metrics) and adapt standard Oracle functionality to business rules.
- Execute complex module configurations, support upgrades/releases, and troubleshoot advanced system issues.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide functional expertise and technical guidance across Oracle HCM modules and to team members.
Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
- Oracle Cloud HCM: Minimum 3+ years of direct, hands-on administration, configuration, and customization experience.
- Oracle FDI: Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (dashboards, metrics, custom reporting, visualizations).
- HRIS Expertise: Thorough knowledge of HRIS architecture, database systems, and electronic data tools.
- Hands-on Execution: Proven track record of personally executing configuration projects directly in the system.
- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Si es OPT tambioen es valid
Desired Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience across specific HCM modules (Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, Payroll).
- Work experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, and Microsoft Office tools for data manipulation and analysis.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $98,000 - $103,000 per year
- Relocation Bonus: $10,000 available
- Benefits: 401(k), Vacation, PTO, and paid holidays
