Confidential company, in partnership with micro1 and a leading AI lab, is seeking Junior Data Scientists and quantitative professionals. In this role, you will bring rigor to how AI models handle statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning by evaluating outputs, building evaluation datasets, and identifying flawed methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs on data science, statistics, machine learning (ML), and quantitative problems.
• Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
• Identify flawed methodology, statistical errors, and weak quantitative reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model capability and reasoning accuracy.

Technical Requirements (Must-have)

• Strong proficiency in Python and Pandas.
• Core knowledge in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Data Analysis.
• Solid grounding in Experimentation and Data Modeling.

Desired Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

• At least 1 year of experience working at a top company (tech, finance, or research), with part of this experience within the past 3 years.
• Clear written communication of technical and statistical concepts.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
